This Privacy Policy explains how Wedding Planner HQ LLC (“Wedding Planner HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use weddingplannerhq.com and our planning tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following:

  • Account information. Your email address and the wedding details you choose to provide (such as partner name, wedding date, venue, guest count, and budget).
  • Planning data. The information you enter into our tools, such as guest lists, vendors, budgets, timelines, and notes.
  • Payment information. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of payment and a payment reference.
  • Usage data. Basic analytics about how the Service is used, collected through Google Analytics (see “Cookies and Analytics” below).

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the planning tools and save your work to your account.
  • To process purchases and grant access to paid tools.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • To understand and improve how the Service is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service:

  • Supabase: secure database and account storage.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics.

Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its function.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block cookies through your browser settings; the core planning tools will still work.

Data Retention

We keep your account and planning data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us at support@weddingplannerhq.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
