Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of weddingplannerhq.com and its tools (the “Service”), operated by Wedding Planner HQ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

To use most tools you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

The Service

Wedding Planner HQ provides interactive wedding planning tools. Three tools are free to use. The remaining tools are available for a one-time purchase, either individually or as an all-access bundle. Access to paid tools is granted to your account after a successful payment.

Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged as one-time payments (no subscriptions).
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • “Lifetime access” means access to a purchased tool for as long as your account exists and the Service remains available.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or their content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the planning information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wedding Planner HQ is a planning aid; we are not responsible for the decisions you make or for the conduct of any vendor or third party you choose to work with.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Planner HQ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
